Method. Wash the fish, cut it into cubes. Heat the oil in a pot. Add the onion and sauté until soft. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute. Add the turmeric, black pepper, ground coriander, tomatoes and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add the potatoes and 4 cups of water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add the fish and milk and
